New Leegin Petition Seeks To Shake Up Antitrust

Law360, New York (November 16, 2010, 7:58 PM EST) -- Clothing boutique PSKS Inc., the loser in the landmark U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Leegin Creative Leather Products Inc. v. PSKS Inc., has filed a new petition with the high court that some antitrust experts say seeks to reset antitrust law in a broad range of cases, including merger challenges, cartel enforcement and monopolization cases.
