Mee Asks High Court To Review Verdict Against Dow

Law360, New York (November 16, 2010, 5:37 PM EST) -- Mee Industries Inc. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a circuit court's ruling that Dow Chemical Co. owes Mee $4.4 million for maliciously accusing the cooling system maker of infringing two gas turbine patents but that the chemical giant shouldn't have to cough up punitive damages.
