FCPA Self-Reporting Still A Tough Sell

Law360, New York (November 17, 2010, 6:47 PM EST) -- The head of the U.S. Department of Justice's Criminal Division may have come down hard on companies in his comments Tuesday about heightened foreign bribery prosecutions, but the stern warnings still aren't enough to compel businesses to come forward, experts say.
