Worthington Holders Found Liable For Insider Trading

Law360, New York (March 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district court on Monday granted summary judgment against three people accused by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission of insider trading, after all three defendants were found guilty of the same misconduct in a criminal trial in 2005.
