Rituxan Wrongful Death Suit Stays In Federal Court

Law360, New York (November 17, 2010, 4:59 PM EST) -- A federal judge has denied a Missouri family's attempt to move a wrongful death suit against Genentech Inc. and Biogen Idec Inc. over the drug Rituxan back to state court, trimming a Missouri-based defendant whose inclusion otherwise hampered federal court jurisdiction.
