School Bus Drivers Seek Overtime Pay

Law360 (March 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A proposed class action suit has been filed against the Palm Beach County School Board on behalf of school bus drivers who are seeking lost overtime compensation.

Former driver Evangeline Patterson claims the proposed class of Florida bus drivers and attendants, which would include those who worked more than 40 hours during their workweeks since July 2003, were not credited for all their work hours and not paid time-and-a-half wages for all overtime hours.
