Ky. Power Co-Op Jumps Into Coal-Fired Plant Suit

Law360, New York (November 18, 2010, 4:56 PM EST) -- East Kentucky Power Cooperative Inc. has won the right to intervene in a lawsuit by the Sierra Club challenging a long-standing regulation under which the federal Rural Utilities Service has granted approval for the company to construct a new coal-fired power plant without requiring environmental reviews.
