Enron Fights Judge's Ruling On Suspensions

Law360, New York (March 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Attorneys and consultants for troubled energy company Enron Corp. argued on Monday that a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission judge who had threatened to suspend them did not follow due process.

Lawyers for Enron and consulting firm Charles River Associates International asked FERC commissioners to vacate Administrative Law Judge Carmen A. Cintron’s motion to suspend witnesses and attorneys in the ongoing Enron settlement case.
