FERC Probes Kinder Morgan, Ozark Over Pipeline Rates

Law360, New York (November 19, 2010, 2:48 PM EST) -- Federal energy regulators have begun investigating whether two Midwestern natural gas companies are charging their customers unfair rates by over-recovering the costs of running their pipelines.

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission launched probes Thursday to examine the rates charged by Kinder Morgan Interstate Gas Transmission LLC and Spectra Energy Partners LP unit Ozark Gas Transmission LLC.
