Union Petitions High Court To Rule On Arbitrability

Law360, New York (November 19, 2010, 4:51 PM EST) -- A steelworkers union has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review an appeals court's decision to allow a court, rather than an arbitrator, to decide the arbitrability of grievances falling within the exclusions of an agreement the union made with AK Steel Corp.
