SEC To Settle Suit Against Wall Street PR Firm

Law360, New York (November 22, 2010, 5:30 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is considering a settlement proposal to end its lawsuit accusing Wall Street Communications Inc. of manipulating stock and selling unregistered securities, according to a court order.


In an order Friday, Judge S. Moody Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida canceled a trial scheduled for Nov. 29 and ordered Wall Street and the SEC to provide a status report on the proposed settlement by Jan. 4.
