Trucking Co. Triumphs Over EEOC In Disability Suit

Law360, New York (March 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Trucking companies do not violate federal disability laws if they fire drivers with medical conditions that can be considered a safety risk, the Seventh Circuit affirmed Wednesday.
