Zen-Noh Aims To Block Permits For Nucor Plant

Law360, New York (November 22, 2010, 6:14 PM EST) -- Zen-Noh Grain Corp. has filed a lawsuit alleging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency failed to enforce the Clean Air Act regarding permits issued to Nucor Corp. for a proposed $3.4 billion iron manufacturing facility in Louisiana.
