Law360, New York (November 30, 2010, 4:40 PM EST) -- The U.S. Senate has now passed the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act and most would agree this bill represents one of the more substantial food safety regulatory changes in the United States for many decades. One might be surprised then to find some of the best known names in agribusiness to be unafraid, and perhaps even supportive, of the bill.
