Ex-Direct Mail Director Nabbed In $2M Kickback Scheme

Law360, New York (November 23, 2010, 6:54 PM EST) -- A former employee of two Massachusetts-based customer relationship management agencies that purchase direct mail advertising has pled guilty to charges relating to his receipt of more than $1.8 million in kickbacks.

Reed A. Richard, a former director of production at PreVision Marketing LLC, conspired with others to defraud two of his employers by accepting kickbacks from two direct mail advertising printing brokers in exchange for awarding printing work to companies the brokers represented, the U.S. Department of Justice said Tuesday.
