Employers Must Comply With New Requirements

Law360 (March 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has announced its final version of the new EEO-1 Form, which employers will be required to use beginning in September 2007.

This form is required of all employers with 100 or more employees, and all federal government contractors who have 50 or more employees and a government contract of $50,000 or more.
