Axl Rose Sues Activision Over Guitar Hero III

Law360, New York (November 24, 2010, 2:43 PM EST) -- Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose has hit Activision Blizzard Inc. with a $20 million fraud and breach of contract suit accusing the video game maker of tricking Rose into authorizing the use of the song "Welcome to the Jungle" in Guitar Hero III by lying about its plans to include former GNR guitarist Slash in the game.
