Insurer Partially Beats Land O' Lakes Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (November 29, 2010, 2:48 PM EST) -- The Travelers Indemnity Co. has been partially let off the hook for the pollution liability of a company acquired by Land O' Lakes Inc. after the dairy cooperative's policies with Travelers expired, following a judge's ruling that the language of most of the policies did not allow Land O' Lakes coverage for future acquisitions.
