High Court To Take On Matching Campaign Funds Fight

Law360, New York (November 29, 2010, 6:18 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear a Republican-mounted challenge to a portion of Arizona's election law that provides matching funds to publicly financed candidates, the first time the court has delved into campaign finance law since the landmark Citizens United ruling.
