Halliburton Staff Freed In Nigerian Bribery Probe

Law360, New York (November 29, 2010, 4:43 PM EST) -- A representative for Halliburton Co. announced on Monday that Nigeria's financial police had released a group of local Halliburton employees arrested as part of an investigation into claims that the company's former KBR Inc. unit bribed the Nigerian government to win billions of dollars worth of contracts to build liquefied natural gas facilities in the country.
