Tribune, Creditors Spar Over Disclosure Statements

Law360, New York (November 29, 2010, 8:41 PM EST) -- Tribune Co. and three of its creditor groups sparred on Monday over the disclosure statements attending their four competing plans of reorganization, inciting a bankruptcy judge to threaten to amend the statements himself if the enmity over the voluminous documents was not resolved.
