Former 3M Employee To Plead Guilty To $5M Scam

Law360, New York (November 29, 2010, 7:44 PM EST) -- A former 3M Co. employee has agreed to plead guilty to defrauding the company out of more than $5 million by setting up phony businesses and billing it for bogus parts.

David Beulke, who worked for 3M as an engineer for more than 15 years, entered into a plea agreement with prosecutors on Monday, according to a filing in the U.S. District Court of South Dakota.
