US Strikes $24M Cleanup Deal For Westinghouse Site

Law360, New York (December 1, 2010, 4:04 PM EST) -- A federal judge has greenlighted Westinghouse Electric Co. LLC's settlement with the U.S. in its suit over a Missouri nuclear fuel Superfund site, clearing the way for the federal government to shell out $23.5 million to reimburse the energy company for cleanup costs at the facility.
