9th Circ. Backs Nordstrom In Whistleblower Lawsuit

Law360, New York (November 30, 2010, 7:45 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has declined to review a complaint lodged by a former Nordstrom Inc. employee who claimed the company fired her for reporting potential violations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's rules and regulations.
