Abramoff Ally Can't Use Skilling To Drop Guilty Plea

Law360, New York (November 30, 2010, 8:23 PM EST) -- A federal judge has denied an attempt by Michael Scanlon, a key player in the Jack Abramoff lobbying conspiracy, to change his guilty plea in light of a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling that weakened one of the laws used to convict him.
