SEC, CFTC Hit MexGroup With 1-2 Punch

Law360 (December 1, 2010, 8:10 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission accused three men formerly connected to Mexican financial services company MexGroup, which pooled investor money in a foreign currency trading program, of securities fraud on the same day that the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission targeted the company in a separate suit.
