Concrete Exec Cops To Price-Fixing Charge

Law360, New York (December 1, 2010, 6:10 PM EST) -- A third cement company president ensnared in the U.S. Department of Justice’s antitrust probe of the sector has pled guilty to fixing the price of ready-mix concrete.

Tri-State Ready Mix Inc. President Chad Van Zee notified the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa on Wednesday that he would not contest charges he took part in a conspiracy to fix the price of ready-mix concrete.
