CFTC OKs Proposed Rule Regulating Swaps Market

Law360, New York (December 1, 2010, 5:05 PM EST) -- The U.S. futures trading regulator narrowly signed off Wednesday on a proposed rule to increase capital and margin requirements for major swaps market traders, part of a push to comply with financial reforms required by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
