Exec Fails To Revive Judge-Kickback Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (December 6, 2010, 5:44 PM EST) -- One of the executives of a juvenile detention facility operator that was sued for allegedly paying two judges to send teens to its care centers has lost his bid to overturn a federal judge's finding that General Star Indemnity Co. does not owe him or his facility coverage for the suits.
