Obama Taps Prosecutor To Lead DOL Division

Law360, New York (December 3, 2010, 6:07 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama has tapped a veteran prosecutor to head the Wage and Hour Division at the U.S. Department of Labor, another sign that the White House is getting tough on employers that violate labor laws.
