Law360 (December 3, 2010, 7:24 PM EST) -- A Delaware judge has asked attorneys to clarify how he should interpret a November state Supreme Court ruling that threw a wrench into Air Products and Chemicals Inc.'s hostile bid for Airgas Inc.
