CNA Insurers Fight Coverage For Honda Roof Collapse

Law360, New York (December 6, 2010, 6:46 PM EST) -- Five subsidiaries of global business insurer CNA say they have no duty to defend or indemnify a group of contractors that is facing a $10 million suit from Honda Motor Co. Ltd. over the collapse of a roof at a parts and distribution facility.

In a complaint filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, the CNA plaintiffs claimed they owed no money under their policies to Stellar Structures LLC, Group Mackenzie Engineering Corp., Opus Northwest LLC or Carlson Testing Inc....
