Coal Cos., Wyo. Intervene In DOI Coal Lease Suit

Law360, New York (December 7, 2010, 3:37 PM EST) -- A federal judge has allowed two coal mining companies and Wyoming to intervene in a suit brought by environmental groups against the U.S. Department of the Interior, challenging the agency's decision to grant mining leases in the state's Powder River Basin.
