1st Circ. Finds Against Dunkin’ Donuts Franchisee

Law360 (December 7, 2010, 2:07 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a judgment as a matter of law against a Rhode Island Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee who claimed the mammoth confectionery took a powder on a promise to help him avoid financial ruin by refinancing a third-party loan.
