Law360, New York (December 7, 2010, 2:05 PM EST) -- A female nonequity partner in Reed Smith LLP's Pittsburgh office has hit the firm with a discrimination and retaliation suit alleging that it failed to promote her and underpaid her because of her gender, and that work was steered to female lawyers who were targeted by management for sexual trysts.
JoEllen Lyons Dillon, who works in Reed Smith's corporate and securities practice group, filed her complaint Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
