Ind. Utility Regulator Finds No Duke Favoritism

Law360, New York (December 9, 2010, 5:42 PM EST) -- Indiana's utility regulator has found no evidence that a former official at the agency gave preferential treatment to Duke Energy Corp. in a series of cases involving the energy giant before he was hired by the company earlier this year.
