LG Chem Trims Claims In Faulty Door Resin Fight

Law360, New York (December 8, 2010, 6:55 PM EST) -- A federal judge has tossed several claims in a lawsuit accusing Korean chemical giant LG Chem Ltd. of breach of contract, fraud and negligent misrepresentation regarding faulty resin used to manufacture frames for decorative glass panels on doors.
