Ohio Judges Can Friend Lawyers Online, Panel Says

Law360, New York (December 9, 2010, 4:43 PM EST) -- The disciplinary panel for the Supreme Court of Ohio has decided that the state's judges can become friends on Facebook and other social media sites with lawyers who show up as counsel in their courtrooms, but should treat social online conduct carefully to steer clear of violating Ohio's code of judicial conduct.
