4th Circ. Affirms UK Jurisdiction In Contract Spat

Law360, New York (December 8, 2010, 8:29 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has handed a victory to AstraZeneca UK Ltd. in a $10 million breach of contract suit filed by chemical supplier Albemarle Corp., saying a forum selection clause in the contract requires that U.S. proceedings be stayed while the two companies duke it out in English court.
