EPA, Logan Aluminum End CAA Fight Over Ky. Plant

Law360, New York (December 9, 2010, 3:11 PM EST) -- Logan Aluminum Inc. has agreed to shell out $285,000 and submit to a compliance schedule to settle a Clean Air Act suit it faced from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency over emissions at its secondary aluminum facility.

The U.S. filed the proposed consent decree in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky on Wednesday, the same day it sued Logan on behalf of Kentucky environmental regulators.
