Law360, New York (December 10, 2010, 5:13 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission will have to take another stab at determining the impact on the domestic-industry of anti-dumping duties on imported ball bearings following the U.S. Court of International Trade's partial remand of the ITC's determination at the urging of a major importer.
