Kodak Sues Shutterfly Over Photo Selection Patents

Law360, New York (December 10, 2010, 3:23 PM EST) -- Eastman Kodak Co. on Friday accused Shutterfly Inc. of infringing five patents for a method of selecting photographic images using index prints, marking the latest intellectual property action to plague Shutterfly in recent years.

Kodak filed its complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, seeking a permanent injunction against further infringement, treble damages, interest, costs and attorneys' fees.
