Republicans Vow Probe Of EPA Smog Rule

Law360, New York (December 13, 2010, 5:10 PM EST) -- Rep. Fred Upton, R-Mich., and Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla., have promised vigorous oversight of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's efforts to implement stricter standards for smog levels when Congress reconvenes next year.
