Oracle Wants $330M On Top Of $1.3B Patent Verdict

Law360, New York (December 13, 2010, 5:19 PM EST) -- Oracle International Corp. is seeking about $330 million in interest and fees from SAP AG, just weeks after winning a $1.3 billion jury verdict in a suit over SAP's purchase of a company that was allegedly infringing Oracle's software.

Attorneys for Oracle filed a proposed judgment Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, requesting about $212 million in prejudgment interest and $120 million in attorneys' fees.
