Latham & Watkins Lures DOJ Antitrust Veteran

Law360 (December 14, 2010, 5:17 PM EST) -- Longtime U.S. Department of Justice antitrust enforcer Niall Lynch is joining Latham & Watkins LLP's litigation department as a partner.

Lynch will start work at Latham's San Francisco office on Jan. 10. Most recently, Lynch served as the assistant chief of the Antitrust Division at the DOJ's San Francisco field office. He has worked for the agency for the past 15 years.

Before joining the DOJ, Lynch spent three years at McCutchen Doyle Brown & Enersen LLP, which later merged with Bingham Dana & Gould LLP...
