Northrop Grumman To Do More Cleanup At Mo. Plant

Law360, New York (December 15, 2010, 5:07 PM EST) -- Northrop Grumman Corp. has agreed to perform more cleanup at a former circuit board manufacturing facility in Missouri that state environmental authorities say contaminated groundwater and soil at the site.

Missouri filed the agreement Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Interested parties now have 30 days to comment on the deal, and if no comments are received, Missouri said, it will ask the court to approve the settlement as written.
