11th Circ. Upholds Insurer's Win In Crash Appeal

Law360, New York (December 16, 2010, 7:05 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has rejected the city of Miami's challenge to a lower court's decision that a Northern Assurance Co. of America insurance policy did not cover a collision involving a police boat, which led to a lawsuit against the city from a man who claimed he was injured in the accident.
