Blue Cross Michigan Calls DOJ Antitrust Suit Flawed

Law360, New York (December 17, 2010, 1:50 PM EST) -- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan has asked a federal court to dismiss the U.S. government’s antitrust suit over most favored nation clauses in hospital contracts, calling the case both fundamentally flawed and misguided.
