Professors Urge High Court To Crush '98 Tobacco Deal

Law360 (December 17, 2010, 5:16 PM EST) -- A group of constitutional and antitrust law professors from across the political spectrum has filed amicus briefs with the U.S. Supreme Court in support of a challenge to the 1998 master settlement agreement between state attorneys general and major tobacco companies.
