Law360, New York (December 20, 2010, 2:12 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has overturned a district court's ruling on the definition of two terms in Dow Corning Corp.'s bankruptcy plan that impact distributions from a $1.95 billion fund established to cover settlements of product liability claims over the company's breast implants.
